Camp Bow Bow is a company dealing with Dogs, and its management system employs a
wide gamut of methods when assessing its performance. As such, the company manager
evaluates organizational performance regarding effectiveness and efficiency. Notably, the
managers primary focus is to achieve the companys goals, mission, vision and achieve their
desired output. Moreover, the Bow Bow company implements customer oriented policies so as to
keep a long-term relationship between the client and the organization. Besides the company has a
well-positioned management team that is cooperative, does work with care, and gives joy and
comfort to the director. In an attempt for the Camp Bow Bow company to deliver up to the
client's expectations, the manager exercises more improved people skills and communicate
effectively with the workers.

Notably, the manager of Camp Bow, Bow works around people and with people, so she
works on her people skills so as to communicate and relate well. More so, the manager makes
sure that their level of offering matches with the customer expectations and also ensure that they
are happy. Moreover, the manager makes sure that work is proficiently done so as to convey a
right message to the clients. Furthermore, she is very patient and effectively communicates to the
workers and let them know that work has to be done efficiently in time. In addition, the company
manager analyzes its effectiveness through the commitment of employees, and the psychological
attachment felt between the leaders and the other staff members. Therefore the manager
efficiently controls work through a clear way of communicating to workers.
