Grading

Grades will be updated weekly (give or take a day or two).

Homework Policy

All work will be done in the notebook and checked at the beginning of the next days class unless
otherwise directed.

Late work will be accepted, but students will lose points based upon how late the assignment is
turned in (ex. 1-2 days= 5%, 3-5 days= 10%, 5-10 days= 25%, and more than 10 days late= 50%).

Assignments not turned in and plagiarized work will receive a zero(N/C).

Absent Work

After returning from an absence it is the students responsibility to check for make- up work.

If a student is absent they will receive one day for each day they were absent day to make up
work. If it is not made up within this time frame they will receive a zero.

Parent Communication

Email is the easiest and most effective way to reach me. (See email at top of the page)

I also use Remind as a communication piece. To enroll and get Remind updates; Text @gk78k8 to 81010

*** Just an FYI, we will only have a classroom set of books. Books will be able to be checked out 1 day at a time to study. I will
make copies available to the students through my classroom website.

I have reviewed the policies of this classroom with my son / daughter and will adhere to these policies:
