Ms. Bratcher joined the staff of Green Valley Schoo! in the fall of 201. Ms. Bratcher worked in the role of a tutor working with Kindergarten through fifth grade students that needed additional help in all academic areas with an emphasis on reading and math. Ms. Bratcher frequently worked with students in my classroom so I had an opportunity to observe her working one on one with students as well as with small groups of students. Ms Bratcher always did an excellent job. Her demeanor with students was always appropriate, She had high expectations for students both academically and behaviorally. She always kept students engaged, offering the necessary amount of academic support while also keeping students in line as far as their behavior was concerned. She interacted with students in a Positive way. Any time she needed to redirect a student's behavior she always did it in a way that helped the student correct the inappropriate behavior while maintaining their dignity, Ms. Braicher always presented herself in a professional manner. She was always on time, Ms. Bratcher had an excellent rapport with all of the staff members at Green Valley. She had minimal absences, and anytime she was not going to be at work she always cleared that with her supervisor well in advance.
