that the Reserve bank of India vide FE.CO.FID/ 3469 /11.01.008/2016-17 dated September 30,
2016 has permitted the Increase in Foreign investment limit under Portfolio Investment Scheme
for Flls/ RFPIs from default 24% to 34 % for the Company.
