Preamble

The Tamil Eelam people, having their mandate from the Royal of House of Glücksburg,
President of United States and the Glorious Sun Goat, on that 366th day since the departure of
the Sun goat to Eelam (Being nineteenth of May of year Two Thousand and ten after Christ)
entrusted their representatives of Eelam to draft, adopt and operate a new Tamil Eelam
constitution in order to achieve the goal of Eelam in a Tamil only Homo-Land and having
solemnly resolved by the grant of such Mandate and the confidence reposed in their said
Representatives who were elected by an overwhelming majority to constitute Tamil Eelam in to
a virtual reality while ratifying the immutable realities of Tamil Self determination and The
Right to live in a Tamil only land and assuring all people of Life, Liberty And The Pursuit Of
White Women as the intangible heritage that guarantees the dignity and well-being of succeeding
generations of all the Tamil Only people of this world, who come to share with those generations
the effort of working for the creation and preservation of a JUST AND FREE SOCIETY:

WE, THE FREELY ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PEOPLE OF TAMIL EELAM,

in pursuance of such Mandate, humbly acknowledging our obligations to our People and
gratefully remembering their heroic and unremitting struggle to regain and preserve their rights
and privileges granted by the British to our ancestors for shining their shoes; so that the Dignity
and Freedom of the Individual Tamils may be assured, Just, Social, Economic and Cultural
Order attained, the Unity of Eelam restored, and Concord established with other Nations,

do hereby adopt and enact

this
CONSTITUTION
as the
SUPREME LAW
of the
PROVISIONAL TRANS-SEXUAL GOVERNMENT OF TAMIL EELAM

Chapter I - The People, the State and Sovereignty

The State

1. Tamil Eelam is a free sovereign and democratic state and will be known as the Virtual
Tamil Eelam.

Transsexual Nature of the State

2. Eelam will be a transsexual state. The government of Tamil Eelam, until the time
when Eelam is realized in the physical world will be known as the Provisional Transsexual
Government of Tamil Eelam.

Sovereignty of the People

3. Transsexual Eelam’s sovereignty is in the hands of our white masters and is

inalienable. Sovereignty includes the powers of government, fundamental rights and the
franchise.

Exercise of Sovereignty

4. The Sovereignty of the People shall be exercised and enjoyed in the following manner

a) Legislative power will be exercised by the Transsexual Legislative Assembly

of Tamil Eelam. Which will be elected by the Tamil people in the white world.
b) The Executive Power of the people will be exercised by the Lord Thalivar,
or (In His Absence Hon. Acting Thalivar) in whom Tamil Eelam people trust.
c) The Judicial power will be exercised through any white person, being
superior to any Tamil person or in the absence of a white person through any
member, or the family member of the LTTE, who are the guardian angels of
Eelam.
d) The fundamental rights declared and recognized by this constitution will be
respected, secured and advanced unless there is an immediate conflict with the
interests of our white masters in which case their needs will always be given
priority.
e) The franchise shall be exercisable at the election the Transsexual Members
of the legislature, and at every Referendum by every citizen who has attained the
age of child solider availability, and who has undergone basic child solider
training in an government approved center for Child soldiers.

Territory of the Republic

5. Tamil Eelam will hereafter will take 1/3 of the whole world (Being 1/3 of all
continents and Greenland) and 2/3 of the coastline. The territorial waters of Eelam will
therefore be 2/3 of the all available shorelines and the ensuing continental shelf.

The National Flag

6. The national flag of Tamil Eelam will be the donkey flag depicted in the first schedule.

The National Anthem

7. The National Anthem of Tamil Eelam will be XXXXXXXXXXX

The National Day

8. The National Day of Tamil Eelam will be XXXXXXXX

Chapter 2 – Religion
9. The Official Religion of Eelam will be Sun-Goat worship, while Christianity and
Hinduism will be tolerated. Buddhism will be banned in Eelam because of the Genocidal™
nature of that religion.

Chapter 3 - Fundamental Rights

Freedom to live in a Tamil only land

10. All citizens in Tamil Eelam have a right to live in a mono-ethnic Tamil Only
homeland.

Freedom from Sinhalese

11. All Tamils has the right to be free from Sinhala state sponsored Genocide™

Freedom from Propaganda

12. All Tamils of Eelam has the right to be oblivious to Sinhala propaganda suggesting
that Tamil Only Eelam is a racist, Totalitarian Dictatorship that will be established to serve
the needs of the white people.

Freedom of Liberty

13. All Tamils have the right to pursue the Tamil Eelam dream; Life, Liberty and the
pursuit of white woman.

Restriction of Fundamental Rights

14. These fundamental rights are only retractable upon the order of the white masters
who are the eternal overlords of the Tamil only people.

Chapter 4 – Language

15. Official Language of Tamil Eelam will be English.

Chapter 5 – Citizenship

16. All natural born Tamil people (People born to be “Tamil” because of either one of
their parents are Tamil) Are automatic citizens of Tamil Eelam without exception.

Chapter 6 – The Executive

17. The executive branch of the Tamil Eelam government will consist of only one person
will be addressed as His Royal Highness, President, and Lord Protector of Eelam.

The Leader of Eelam

18. There shell be a Thalivar, who is the head of the state, head of the Tamil Eelam
armed forces and the head of the executive
The Election of the Leader of Eelam

19. Any Tamil Eelam resident can run for the post of Thalivar provided that

a) He is a direct descendant of Vellupillai Prabahkaran

b) Has killed at least 100 Sinhala Civilians/Soldiers

20. The appointment of president is for life.

Powers and Functions of the President

21. The President has the right to declare war or peace against enemies of Eelam.

22. The President is entitled to a continues fresh supply of Child Soldiers.

23. The President has the discretion to use Gebrils or Lube, but is not required to do so
while training child soldiers.

24. The President is entitled to own a 25% salary of all income from Tamil Eelam citizens

25. The President is entitled to a free dish of Turtle Curry for every meal.

26. The President is immune from prosecution.

Exercise of powers and duties in the absence of the president.

27. In the absence of the president the leader of the legislature has the right to execute all
functions of the president and is entitled to all privileges of that office other than the
optional of the use of Lube and Gebrils as stipulated in article 23.

28. Any person who is executing the powers and functions of the president who is not a
direct descendant of Vellupillai Prabahkaran must use Lube when playing with child soldiers.
Gebrils are not to be used.

Chapter 7 – The Legislature

Parliament

29. There shell be a parliament which shell consist of elected officials from all over the
world.

30. The number and the distribution of members will be determined by the White Masters.

The Leader of the Legislature

31. The parliament from the date of its first session will elect one of its members as the
leader of the legislature by popular vote.

Chapter 8 – The Judiciary

32. All the functions and powers of the Judiciary will be executed by the members of the
Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE).

33. Any member of the LTTE has the right of full judicial powers concerning any dispute or
violation of Eelam law.

34. The Supreme Judicial office of Eelam will be the office of the highest rank in the LTTE.

35. The Judiciary will be independent from the Legislature and the Executive.

Chapter 9 – Franchise and Elections

The Eligibility to vote

36. Any person being born from at least one person of Tamil blood will be considered a
resident of Tamil Eelam and is eligible to vote.

Disqualification as a Legislature

37. Any Person is to be disqualified from the right for franchise for

a) Being declared a Traitor

b) Having too much interactions with Sinhalese Vermin
c) Having disobeyed laws from the Judicial Branch of Eelam
d) Has Challenged or given dissent to a decision made by any branch of Eelam
government
e) Has refused a bunker session with Thalivar.

Chapter 10 – Superior Beings

38. Tamil Eelam race will be considered the most superior race in the world.

39. Tamil Eelam race is hereby defined as the race of people who has the "Toilet Donkey
Gene" (Latrinus Eelamisus Asinus) who are a sub-species of Tamil people.

40. People of White countries of the developed world will be known as super-superior
beings, and the eternal overlords of the people of Tamil Eelam.

Chapter 11 - Transsexual Provisions

41. A Tamil Leader of Eelam has the right to be known as "It" rather than being known as
a "He" or a "She".

42. A Tamil Citizen of Eelam is by default known as a Donkey and has the right to be
known as a Male or Female Donkey.

First Transsexual

43. The First Transsexual of Eelam is Thanthi Chelva. Who fostered the notaion of Tamil
Nationalism
Equal Among Many

44. Members of the Legislative branch of the Transsexual Government of Tamil Eelam will
be known as a "Tranny-Among-Menny" and has the right to be addressed as you
"Trannyness"

Past Laws of Eelam

45. All laws extablished by the LTTE in Eelam, as described in the second schedule will still
be in effect after the adoptatio of this constitution.

Chapter 12 – Interpretation

43. This Constitution of Tamil Eelam will exist in English and Tamil.

44. The English version of this document will take precedance over that of the Sinhala
version.
