such demand, our company always continues development and are piling up research day and night on the basis of certain
technology thought. The result of this eort striving, we were able to reach to the sales of B-type hot-air generator.
High eciency (Utility model patent and Designs Approved)

Cordierite heat-resistant material that insulation charecteristic is
excellent is produced to the honeycomd type that pressure loss is
very few. And the nichrome wire is incorporated in the center, the heat
of the nichrome wire becomes a hot-air about 100% by the gas can be
passed on the inside and outside of the nichrome wire of coil state.
So, this is the heater for generating hot-air of an ideal.
Humidity of the hot-air that does the discharge becomes near 0%.
Because electricity is being used for the heat source. And, by the
complete hot-air, this can use for the drying of food and medicine

When the hot-air discharge temperature is 200, the surface temperature of the nichrome wirebecomes only 350.
The splendor of this heatexchange rate is not able to demand from other heaters (Sheath heater, Fin heater).
Saving energy design

For saving energy, the heatproof blower of the hot-air circulation
specication is installed standard to all the machine types to use the hot-air
again. Electricity charges is able to be economized on from 50% to 80%.
Please dilute the gas density of suction gas with air to from 1/50
to 1/100 or less of explosion minimun density in the case that
toluene, thinner, plentiful vapor are included to suction gas at the
time of hot-air circulation

There is not abnormal resonance when the vibration frequency is 20 30Hz, and the cycle is 1 min/cycle. There is not an abnormal action
during the test and after the test when the vibration frequency is 33Hz,
