1. Minimum system requirements

Windows
Pentium III 700 MHz processor
Windows 2000, XP, Vista
Adobe Reader 7 or above
Media Player: Windows Media Player 9 and above, QuickTime 7.4 and above, WinAmp5
and above, iTunes 7 and above, RealPlayer 11 and above.
256 MB RAM (512 for the video)

To run the application:

For Windows
Ensure that Windows 2000, XP or Vista is running with no other applications open.
Insert the Smart Choice disk into your DVD-ROM drive.
The application should start automatically.
If it does not start automatically, then do the following:
- Double-click on My Computer.
- Double-click on the Smart Choice icon.
- Double-click on the start.exe icon.
The application should now start.
For Mac
Ensure that Mac OS X 10.3, 10.4 or 10.5 is running with no other applications ope
n.
Insert the Smart Choice disk into your DVD-ROM drive.

Double-click the Smart Choice icon that will appear on the desktop.
Double-click on the start icon.
The application should now start.
Ensure that the file has opened Adobe Reader 7 or above.
2. MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR OXFORD ENGLISH TESTING (online)

The test delivery software requires JavaScriptTM and pop-up windows to be enable
d on your browser.
Supported operating systems
Windows 2000, XP, Vista
MAC OS 10.4 and later
Linux users should go to www.oxfordenglishtesting.com/unlock, register and enter
an unlock code. The unlock code is printed on the MultiROM.
Hardware
128 MB RAM
Monitor capable of 1024 x 768 resolution
DVD-ROM drive
You will need to be online to access tests.
You need an email address to register and get access to the tests.
You will need to have Adobe Reader in order to download pdf documents (available f
rom www.adobe.com).

3. Technical support
If you experience any problems with the Smart Choice My Digital Book, please che
ck that your machine matches or exceeds
the minimum system requirements in point 1 above and that you are following the
steps outlined in point 2 above.
If these do not help, do the following:

* Operating system (e.g. Windows Vista)
* Amount of RAM
* Processor speed
* Description of error or problem
* Actions before error occurred
* Number of times the error has occurred
