The horizontal bar chart gives information about

the top 7 reasons for adults to study and the pie chart
illustrates the opinion on how the costs of the education
should be shared. Both of the charts are presented in
percentage.
Overall, the highest of the reasons from the top 7
reasons adults to continue their study is that interest in
subject. Individual funding holds the highest portion of
the cost.
From the top 7 reasons for adult to study, the top
reasons is interested in subject. Other reasons such as
to gain qualification is slightly less than interested in
subject. The reasons on improving prospects of
promotion and enjoy learning or studying have same
percentage. The least percentage of reasons for adult
to study is to meet people and be able to change jobs.
In terms of how costs of each course should be
shared, individual funding is highest portion of the cost
(about 40%) rather than taxpayer and employer. The
cost of the education from taxpayer is about quarter of
the costs of each course and the cost from employer is
slightly more (25% and 35% respectively).

Without capital punishment (the death penalty) our lives are

less secure and crimes or violence increase.

punishment is essential to control violence in society.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Punishing the criminals in order to reduce criminality

and violence is essential to provide security for everyone. I
agree that sometimes capital punishment is necessary.
However, I personally believe that there are other
alternatives to control crimes in society.
In one hand, capital punishment can reduce crimes
effectively. If there are stricter punishments, the people will
be afraid to the death punishment if they do a crime. Many
times, a victim converted into offender in order to take
revenge and punish accuse by own, so the death of the
criminals is a form of revenge which gives a feeling of peace
for victims family. Additionally, the death penalty is a way to
reduce imprisonment cost, which can be used by
government in development of country.
However, the death penalty has been a subject of
debate all over the world in recent years. Killing the
criminals by electric chair, hanging or poisonous injection
can be a violation of human rights. The law could wrongly
execute innocent people. For example, the police might
capture the innocent citizens by mistake during a process of
investigation. There are many alternates, which can control
violence in society. For instance, rehabilitation programs can
help criminals to become the better citizen of a society.
To conclude, capital punishment might help to decrease
brutal and hostile acts in societies, but we always have an
available alternative to makes humans a human until the
death can be a better way to punish the criminals.
