have developed a device that can help them to snap picture or to record a video from above
view side which is remote control airplane "AirCam". Thr advantage of our product then the
existing product is our remote control airplane is more cheap and high quality. We interest in
making this business because it easy to set up, more profit and manage with personal ability.
Skytreme Enterprise is a partnership company where the company was being from by
six members. The members consist of General Manager, Administration Manager, Marketing
Manager, Operational Manager, Financial Manager and Administration Clerk which have a
good experience in remote control airplane. Skytreme Enterprise at No. 36 Jalan Perda Barat,
14000 Bukit Mertajam, Penang. We provides many type of remote control airplane "AirCam"
with various new design that customer can choose. Skytreme will open on 1st March 2015.
We provide many type of "AirCam" with various elegent design that fullfill customer
desire. Besides our remote control airplane "AirCam" comes with HD camera which are very
good for user to record a video and snap a picture from above view. This high dimension(HD)
camera will give a satisfy to the user when they can get a quality result. The low price and
high quality product will encourage the beginner photographer or hobbier to have it. All of
this factors have influenced our choice of this business Skytreme Enterprise has more
opportunity that potential for success with provided good handled and efficienly. We will take
take advantage with what who the people needed.
Skytreme Enterprise name from he combination of "Sky" and "Extreme" ."Sky"
represent of our product which is remote control airplane and "Extreme" represent how
fantastic of our product. The name of our company shows that the number one remote control
airplane "Aircam" should be choose. The good quality and low price that we provide have
lead us to take opportunity to gain a profit in our business and success in ndustry.
We have many competitors with other company that they also presently the similar
product but we will provide the best remote control airplane "Aircam" for our customer. We
have a potential to grow bigger in Malaysia. The sale of our business is expected to increase

in every year. We sure our business can survive longer time of period and making more profit

A strategic location is one of the business success. The business should set up in place
which is attracted by residents or non- resident people who live at the area. Our business
location is at Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang which one of the biggest district in Pulau Pinang.

There are many opportunities available at near our business such as ATM machines, boutique,
banks, shopping malls, mosque, public transportation and other. It is not possible to get the
public transport like buses and taxis. It is easy to find our shop.
Skytreme premise situated at address No. 36 Jalan Perda Barat, 14000 Bukit Mertajam
Penang, Malaysia. The rent for our premise is about RM1,000 per month. We have trusted
supplier for our product production. Skytreme does not has a manpower to run our business as
we use machines to produce our product.
We choose this location based on the geographic, facilities, competitors, demographic
and economic environment. There are many institution nearest this area such as Politeknik,
UiTM and Community College. So, there is advantage for us when the photography students
are looking for this device. This will help to increase our sale. The road accesses to our place
are well maintained. This will be one of the best reasons why this site of business will be one
of the best decisions that we have made. This will allow us to attract more company to come
to our shop.
After conduct and survey the place we as a main board of Skytreme had agreed to
