I wish that amanda's schedule would have allowed her to come in a bit earlier. I understand why it didn't so we tried to
work around that. Amanda is a very pleasant and respectful person.

The students loved Amanda. She spoke very kindly to them.

Amanda did not have too many opportunities to speak with others in the building but when she was around them and
spoke with them she was always respectful and couteous.

Amanda poured her heart into each lesson doing research and prepping materials for visuals for the lessons.

Final Comments/Suggestions for Candidate:


Amanda, you will make a fine teacher. Use your future placements as a time to experiment with being a bit more
assertive. Don't be too shy, this is your time to learn and grow. Respect and politeness and not wanting to step on
toes is one thing, making sure you are getting what you need to out of a placement is another. I think you can do
this without coming off as rude. You are a very kind and sensative person which will bennefit you as a teacher in
the long run. We can't have people that are not caring and sensative to the needs of their students working in this
field. I wish you much luck as you move forward towards your goal of being a respected teacher.
