9.45.3 Repeatability calculations

When the required number of consecutive good runs has been achieved, each individual
run K.Factor or Meter Factor (which make up the N consecutive good runs) is checked to
see how far it deviates from the average. The K-Factor is checked for volume based
pulses and the Meter Factor is checked for mass based pulses. If any run deviates by
more than the allowable limit then additional runs are performed and the test repeated.
When all the required run K.Factors / Meter Factors fall within the deviation limit, then
the prove is deemed successful and Final average data is calculated. At the same time the
single maximum deviation value of the good run K.factors / Meter factors are stored as an
indication of how well the prove fell within the deviation tolerance.

Correction Factor for the Effect of Temperature on the Liquid at the Prover is calculated
by passing the following parameters to the Volume Correction Factor calculations at 9.42
Coefficient of thermal expansion of the liquid (/C)
Tp

Temperature of the liquid at the prover (C)

Tstd

Standard temperature (15C)

K0, K1

are liquid specific constants ((kg/m2)/C)

K2

liquid specific constant (/C)

RHOstd

density at standard conditions (kg/m3 )
