Hello Readers!
Here we are in October already! We have a lot going on in
Gateway this month. World Mental Day is on Monday the
10th of October, and we will have a day of celebration in
Gateway. We invite members of the community to come and
join us. There will be plenty of activities relating to this years
themefive ways to wellbeing. Its on from 12 until 5pm.
Everybody is welcome to join in the fun, meet Gateway
members and find out what we do here. When you leave here
we hope you will have a happy smile on your face.
And the brand new Recovery College - under the leadership of
the great John Kelly - is launching on the evening of the 10th

CONFERENCES!
The popular Critical Voices Network Conference
is on the 9th and 10th of November in Cork.
The theme this year is Critical Perspectives on
and beyond Activism and Acts of Resistance.
Members have made the trip down the last
couple of years and found it excellent, so ask us
if you are interested in knowing more.
Mental Health Ireland is having a special 50th
anniversary conference on the 21st and 22nd of
November on the theme of Resilience,
Wellbeing and Mental Health.
The very first Wellbeing Summit will be held on
the 14th of October in the Aviva Stadium.
