November 2010 & February 2011 Batch.The application process is expected to begin in
June – July 2010, while the selection for ICICI Bank PO programme 2010 batches
concluded recently.

Selection: The PO Programme is an initiative by ICICI Bank, where graduates are

selected & trained to enable them pursue a career in the banking industry.Candidates are
selected through a common aptitude test followed by Group Discussion/ Interview – both
conducted by ICICI Bank.

Training : The selected candidates undergo 12-14 months of training at ICICI Manipal
Academy.On successful completion of training, they would be appointed as Asst.
Managers in ICICI Bank, with an annual salary of more than Rs.3.5 lakhs.
