Constitution for the Communist-Republic of Refugees

Preamble:
As a Communist-Republic of Louisiana refugees, we work together to build a thriving
community. We labor equally as our neighbors to support the common wealth and shared
economy, respect the rights of every individual so as to promote and maintain equality, and stand
to represent one another in a just delegation to maintain order and establish necessary
compromise. With gratitude to the government and society of Houston, Texas, we serve not their
state government, nor ours of Louisiana. We function according to the regime defined by our
Constitution and reserve rights to alter it by elected members in the appropriate positions, and
with the consultation of the Houston city planners who first made provisions for our refugee
society.
