Transaction Code SQ03

Add ur username here and

save the infoset

Goto T code SQ02 and create Infoset,

give name and click on create

Give Name as well as the main

tableor basic table u wanna join, in
our example it is MARA and click to
continue

In this case we will join MARA

with MARD, so click the insert
table icon and enter table name as
MARD and press back arrow

Now I this step we have to select those fields

which we want in our report, first select the
table as on right side, then select the field and
right click and select Add field to field
group as shown, same for MARD table, u
can select as much fields as u want, then
click on Red button to generate and save

Now again goto SQ03 add ur

previously created user group and
click on Assign users and infosets tab
as shown

Click here to assign infosets

Fin ur created infoset and tick to

select and save

Now goto t code SQ01, give name

to ur query and click create to
create query, select the infoset from
pop up

Give title and select Basic list

to select layout of our report

Selection field means the fields u want to

give to select the data and list fields
means the fields u want in report, select
these to according to ur requirement and
press back

Select next

Select both the tables as u

want data from both

These will come default, select

next

Here u give the ranking, for

selection screen which field
should come first second and so
on

Save and Press F8 or

execute to execute ur
query

This is query we createdn now u

can put any data from ur masters,
in this example we will look
R-F100 material for its data

Now back to SQ01 screen go to

Query-> More Functions->
Generate programm

Again do same stuff for display

program name

Program name gets

displayed as shown, now
we will create T code for
our report

Go to t code SE93 in this transaction we

can create transaction codes, enter any
desired t code name and press create, then
u will select program with selection screen
select this

Add our program name

which qw generated in
SQ01 and name and select
like shown and save it to
local project in pop up

Now put the t code which we

just created in SE93 and enter
