being helpful for people with depression and a range of other mental health issues, because
it releases good chemicals into our brains. It also makes people feel better about their
bodies, which can make them happier, and reduces the risk of dietary problems and accident
consuming less calories, as people make more sensible, healthy changes to their lifestyle.
As a conclusion, we can gain more benefits by involving in sports. Therefore, the
government needs to provide more facilities for sports in school. Parents should also
encourage their children to play sports. Similarly, the teachers, they need to equip
themselves with various sports skills. I believe that with the cooperation between all parties
that more national sports heroes who will shine at international level.
