WHAT YOUR TOUR PRICE INCLUDES

1. Cost of your Round Trip Economy Class Excursion Airfare.

upto the age of 70 years.
4. Airport taxes, Govt. Sales tax, Visa Charges for UK and Schengen.

5. Compulsory Tips of EUR 2 per person per day (ie. EUR 30).
6. Services of Cox & Kings Tour Manager or Local Representative.
7. Meals, coach transfers, entrance fees, excursions, sightseeing and surface transportation
as mentioned in the itinerary.

WHAT YOUR TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

1. Optional & Add-on Excursions unless mentioned otherwise.
2. Cost of US$ 10,000 granted by Reserve Bank of India under the Basic Travel Quota Scheme.
3. Any increase in airfare / taxes / routing charged by the airline for ticket (presently calculated on
01 Aug, 2012)
4. Airline and Hotel surcharges (if applicable) during high / festive season to be paid extra per person.
5. Cost of extension of validity of your air-ticket.
6. Any increase in rate of Euro (presently calculated at EUR 1 = INR 70) leading to an increase in Tour

Cost coming into effect prior to departure. However, the rate prevailing on the given day of payment
will apply.
7. Porterage at hotels, apartment, airports, seaports, tips, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone
charges, all items of personal nature and also food & drinks not forming part of the touring group's
menu.
8. Anything not specifically mentioned in "What Your Tour Price Includes" box.
9. Govermnet Service Tax 3.09% on gross bill, starting from 01 July 2012 .

VISA REQUIREMENT
You must be in possession of UK Multiple Entry visa & Schengen Multiple Entry visa. The cost of these visas is included in Main Tour Price. It is compulsory to do visas through Cox & Kings only. Personal
appearance for finger printing / biometrics may be required at certain consulates. Visa fees are subject to revision by Consulates from time to time. In such a case additional charges may be applicable.
SCHENGEN VISA
The Schengen Visa is valid for travel to The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria and Italy which also form a part of the Schengen States.
URGENT VISA FEES
All documents for processing your visas should reach us as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply or for bookings made within 21 days of your departure date, will attract an urgent visa fee
of INR 1,000 per person. Urgent visa fee does not guarantee procurement of visas.

# Date is the day 01 of the itinerary. On certain departures, flight leaving India is a day prior from the departure date mentioned. Please check with our Sales Officer for details.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. A part of your tour price will be taken in Euros from your BTQ as per the RBI / GOI regulations.
2. Subject to availability of flights and connections, passengers from other cities can take this tour
directly from their city by paying an additional amount of INR 7,000 per person plus Airport and
Government taxes. Please check with our Sales Officer for details.
3. Child without bed - Is an individual under 12 years of age, sharing the room with 2 full paying adults
and without a bed / cot.
4. For Two Adults & Two Children (Both Under 12 Years) rooming together, the 1st child will have to
pay "Child with Bed" price and the 2nd Child will pay "Child without Bed" price.
5. Maximum 3 adults are allowed per room.
6. Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with
immediate effect.
7. Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for
the applicable charges.
8. European Bonanza itinerary often operates more than one coach per departure & on certain
departures will operate in reverse direction.
9. The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any particular itinerary, departure or excursion rests
entirely with the company. Due to demand of a particular airline the in / out points may change.
Services however, will remain unchanged.
10. Indian lunches and dinners and local meals are pre set & a-la carte is not possible.
11. Meals will be served from Kitchen Caravan & Restaurant. Lunches served from Kitchen Caravan will
be provided along the route at comfort stops / in garden settings. Dinners will be provided in
restaurants / halls of the hotels.
12. On certain departures, Kitchen Caravan will not operate. However, pure vegetarian / Jain meals

will be provided.
13. On certain days packed lunches will be provided.
14. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned
passengers.
15. The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss,
injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements
due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or
expenses must be borne by the passengers.
16. The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or
changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or any other services.
17. The tour manager and driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible,
because in some cities coaches are restricted.
18. There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour.
19. On certain days, the changing of guards may not take place at the Buckingham Palace.
20. On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager
reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
21. The Leaning Tower of Pisa is an 8 storey structure with no lift & 294 slippery marble steps, hence
we do not visit from inside.
22. For convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However the services
remain unchanged.
23. Pre-tour deviations : The same will be subject to availibility and will be considered on case to case
basis. The request has to be made 21 days prior to the departure. Cost : additional INR 5,000/- per
person plus the applicable airfare difference.
