In the event that on a particular day, a student is absent, it is our understanding
that nonetheless, those present will report only on the cases that are hereby assigned to
them. The case assigned to the absent student will not be reported. In any event,
Judge Aguinaldo may exercise his discretion in dealing with this gap.
As per Judge Aguinaldos instructions, it is likewise understood that:
1. A hard copy of the one-page summary must be provided to every
member of the class.
2. The one-page summary must have margins of 0.5 inches on all sides.
3. The font size is at least ten point (10pt).
While the hard-copy is mandatory, the e-mailing or uploading of the soft-copy is
optional and may be obtained upon request.
This Memorandum has been issued for the information and guidance of all
concerned.
