Responsible for design and coordinator for conceptual and detail design of critical and non-critical piping
and pipe supports

Working as Reviewer of Isometric drawings, support drawings, IDR and VDR.

Involved in piping deliverable Schedule planning.

2) 2X150 MW, MOATIZE IPP thermal Power Project (PNTP)

Working as a Physical Design Lead, Responsible for the integration of physical design across all
disciplines, vendor drawing review and integration into plant 3D model.

Work includes piping design/plant design activity. Responsible for Planning and preparation of piping
deliverables drawings required for conceptual and detailed physical design of the power plants including
power cycle and BOP systems.

3) PACO Thermal Power Plant (SK-E&C) 150 MW x 2 Units

Responsible for design and coordinator for conceptual and detail design of critical and non-critical piping.

Supports.

Koradi TPS Expansion Project 3 x 660 MW (Unit: 8, 9 & 10), KORADI, MAHARASHTRA.

Responsible for LB critical piping layout planning and routing e.g. Main steam , Cold reheat, Hot reheat
and Extraction steam system as well as non-critical system e.g. Condense air removal system , Hater drain
and vent system.

Responsible for critical drain piping layout planning and routing.

Responsible for support configuration and conceptual design of MS, CR, HRH and Extraction steam
system.

Worked as a Reviewer of Isometric drawings, support drawings and IDR and VDR.

Looking into details of Plot plan drawing as well as Turbine building general arrangement drawing.

5) Coronado Generating Station (CGS) WFGD Project, Location: Arizona, USA

(Worked as a piping designer in S&L Chicago, as a part of USA Deputation period of 9 months)

Worked on Support designing for various Systems of FRP Piping and Steel Piping.

Prepared Support Drawings for Construction as well as done Support Modeling.

Routed Various Piping Systems for Unit-1 & Unit-2 of FRP and Steel Piping.

I also Worked as a reviewer of Piping Composites Drawings, Piping Isometrics Drawings

as well as Piping Supports Hangers and supports.

6) 192.7 MW Combined cycle Power Plant, Naphtha Cracker Project of IOCL Location: Panipat,
Customer: I.OC.L. (Owner Consultant: - Engineers India Limited)

Modeling of SHP BFP spray system and Condensate spray system piping, which are provide service to
various control valves and deaerator super heater.

Responsible for above ground piping like, PHE and CW pumps inter connecting piping, CW, CCW, ACW
piping etc. and isometric generation.

Responsible for above ground drain piping like steam tracing and drain system.

U/G Piping layout planning and routing for the same and development of Under Ground piping composite
drawings.

Descaled Isometric generation for steam system and other facilities.

Done cooling tower, pump piping and CEP discharge spray system piping.

Prepared Plot Plan for the Plant.

Done piping layout for Steam tracing manifold.

PDS Routing done for various piping system.

Limited, India and Sargent & Lundy LLC, U.S.A.) This Design Engineering Center of Excellence
Provides Engineering expertise for Design of Power Plants.

PLADES:
It is in-house developed 3-D software by Sargent & Lundy LLC, U.S.A similar to PDS/PDMS.

All the disciplines work on single plant 3D model which eliminate mismatch between interdisciplinary
physical drawings and resulting in construction errors/delays.

It is a central database system from where all physical and logical data extracted for project purpose.
