MARKETING EXECUTIVE SUMMARY PLAN

Sales executives can work as sales managers, sales managers and


marketing
managers. The role of executive sales or marketing plan is a position
of
responsibility, supervision and management.
Sales executives involved in the development of trade policy of the
company to
increase sales, net margins and market share and optimize the results
of the
different distribution networks, while meeting with the image and
brand . After
analyzing and evaluating the markets, sales executives define
strategic trends
and determine the measures to be taken.
Monitor sales teams, and technical sales and business managers, and
make

them the objectives to achieve. They supervise and motivate his


team, often
working with colleagues and stay informed on market trends. They
also attend
trade fairs and trade shows with his team, create distribution
networks of the
goods or service of the company and continue trading.
Sales executives working with the departments of production and
marketing;
collaboration is crucial to understand the specific product and
