INTRODUCTION
The non-alcoholic beverage industry broadly includes soft drinks and hot drinks.
Soft drinks contain carbonated or non-carbonated water, a sweetener, and a
flavor, and hot drinks include coffee and tea. The soft drink category dominates
the industry and includes carbonates, juice, bottled water, ready-to-drink tea and
coffee, and sports and energy drinks. Soft drinks are sometimes referred to as
liquid refreshment beverages (or LRBs).
All processed products have been in one way or another physically and/or
chemically treated. These treatments go beyond the normal water
purification/filtration or simple formation of the finished syrup used to add flavor
to the beverage. Bottling processing involves a wide range of physical and
chemical treatment methods, normally combining a variety of methods. Bottling

any crack or damages that the manual inspectors didnt see. After making sure
that the bottles are 100 percent in good sanitary condition, it will go through the
Filler /Crowner /Capper be filled with the content and will be crowned or
capped. Since the beverage is still hot from pasteurization it while go through the
Cooling Tunnel to gradually cool. Labeler/Date Coder will be labeling,
marking each bottles with the date of when it was produced, when it will expire,
and the filler machine that attended to it. In the Full Inspection, the label
position and the height of the content of the each bottle will be checked
manually. Products that fail are taken off the line and corrected if possible. After
making sure that the content and the bottles are 100 percent in good condition,
the bottles will be put back in the cases and pallets by the Packer, a machine
similar to the Uncaser. After production, these products will be warehoused or
distributed to retailers and other food establishments. The production is
continuous until the production quota is reached.
