Design of all Solar modules, invertor, batteries, chargers, joint boxes etc.
complete: Respective Manufacturers shall conduct in parallel.
Design of transmission lines, power cables, control cables for both AC &
DC.: Respective manufacturers shall conduct in parallel.

Design of equipment foundations, civil structures, cable trench, grounding
meshes, fence etc. and submission for approval.
Design and approval of Electro-Mechanical equipments by respective
manufacturers.

Manufacturing inspection and testing of switchgears, protection & metering,
SCADA system, Communication, control & relay panels etc. all complete:
Respective proposed manufacturer shall manufacture in parallel in their
respective factories in parallel..
Manufacturing & inspection of all Electro-Mechanical equipments: Proposed
manufacturers shall manufacture in their respective factories.
Transportation of all equipments to site
Transportation of all equipments from factories to site
Site construction work
Site preparation and grading work, construction of ware house & water
supply system: Five to Six separate gangs shall commence the respective
construction orks in parallel.
Construction of access road, drain, control building, boundary wall, water
tank & guard house etc: Six different gangs of respective construction works
shall be done in parallel.
Construction of cable trenches & drain, equipment foundations, & fences:
Three different Gangs shall execute in parallel.
Soil conservation & bio-engineering work, transmission line, internal lighting:
It shall be executed in parallel to other civil construction works after site
grading and levelling in three gangs.
Erection, installation, cabling, wiring, connections
Erection of all equipment supporting structures, grounding etc.: Six gangs
shall execute in parallel.
Installation of solar modules, invertors, joint boxes, batteries, chargers, wirng
& connections: Three separate gangs shall execute in required sections in
parallel.
Installation of power transformers, switchgears, CRP pannels & associated
accessories: Six gangs shall execute in parallel..
Preparation of as buit drawings, maintenance & operational manuals etc.

This activity shall be done right from manufacturing process till
commissioning and testing by respective exeprts in paralled to other
installations, connections, commissioning and t

having sufficient experts and equipments shall execute in parallel.
