SCCM Client Installation and troubleshooting
Configuring system to the network and adding it to domain

Monitors the environment and takes corrective action when issues are found
Ensure that the system functions fully and effectively, enabling software to be
distributed and inventory collected and processed, while ensuring a positive
customer experience and without negatively impacting the network
Acts as third tier escalation point on client issues, and performs research to resolve
them
