MA. TERESITA A. FERRER

My 13 years of working as Instructor at TPSAT had been fruitful, I

believe: from English Instructor to Front Office NC II trainer and now as one
of the lead facilitators of TM I.
I belong to the pioneer staff at this school when it started its
operation in 2002. We started from scratch as in merely a school
building plus chairs and 3 sets of computer. Because of that, I, together
with my 2 co-instructors had to use the resources that we have and had to
use some of our personal things. We prepared the curriculum in May and
implemented in June. I was the only instructor then in academics, except
Mathematics. I taught English, Filipino, Psychology, Sociology, and Ethics
subjects.
Next year, I will be assigned as Focal Person for Research (up to
present), and Focal Person for publication (up to present also). We started
our newsletter TPSAT News.com
In my third year, I was given the task as Coordinator of Related
Subjects and other several designations. From 2007 to 2014, I was
designated as Guidance and Counsellor, and from that year to the present,

small perspective into a gigantic and awesome output. Until this
