Pela transao Se38, executar o programa J_1B_GEN_TAX_COND_BACK

Se no for digitado a tabela o programa gera Record conditions para todas

as tabelas.
Se no for digitado um Grupo de imposto o programa considera todos os
grupos de impostos.
