1. Gresham Boiler:
Waste Heat Recovery Boiler is installed in layout. This Boiler works on the
waste heat made from the generators of industry and the capacity of this
Boiler is 1200 kg/hour. Working pressure is10,334 bar. The operating
temperature is 184 degree Celsius. The steam made is utilized by Xorella
machine for the conditioning of cones.

2. Compressors and Dryers:

Compressor used are Altas Copco GA55. These compressors are 37KW
Screw Air compressors and can produce 7.5 bar of air pressure.

Compressor dryer removes the moisture from the compressed air by

cooling it to the freezing point. This causes water to condensate and is
drained
out.
The
air
warmed
before
leaving
the
dryer.

The air is utilized in almost ever machine if the industry by blowers and for
other purposes.

3. Generators:
Generator used are also installed for production of electricity. Each of them
can produce upto 1100 Kw of electricity and have the Efficiency of 8590%.The fuel consumption of this generator is about 0.32 cm3 Per KW.

The total consumption of industry is about 81000 W. The other remaining

electricity can utilized by other units and by the housing societies of the
industry.
4. Ultraviolet Room:
Ultraviolet Room is there check the shades of the cones.

5. Fire Safety:
For fire safety Fire Extinguisher and fire stand pipe is used after every 30
meter of distance.

6. Cone Conditioning:
For Cone Conditioning the Xorella Xo-smart 1200 is suggested. This
machine contains a compressor and a supply of steam.

This machine is used to complete the requirement of moisture in the cones.

The time consumption of which is very low. In previous times the
conditioning of cones is done by conventional method which consumes a
lot of time.
7. Metal And Fire Detector:
Josii Combo Shield is used for the detection of fire and metal particle in
line. It is arranged between the assembly of supply product line. It detects
the presence of metal within the seconds and removes it from the supply.

And if fire caught in the pipe line it detects it and stops the machine
operations to save the damage.
8. Hygrometer:
Hygrometer is used to check the moisture in the air.it is placed in every
department of the industry and is observed by the HVAC depart every hour.

9. Air ventilation ,Humidification and waste removal system:

Air ventilation and humidification plant is also arranged.

There are ducts underground which are known as return ducks and sucks
the air from the industry and the waste is also sucked through these ducts
.The waste is separated by air rotary filter. The sucked air is transferred to
the ventilation plant upwards through ducks.

The ventilating plant has a water tub, rotary water filter and water pump.
The filtered water is sprayed in the air through pipes the air coming from
ducks catches the water droplets and is passed through eliminator plates
the moisture in air is transferred to the industry floor through ducts from the
roof. This process is done in winter.

In summer the air is collected from atmosphere for the ventilating system.

Smoke Filtration Plant:

The smoke produced by generators is passed through smoke filtration plant

then is transferred to the boiler and some of it is set off into the
atmosphere. This process assure that the company is environmental
friendly.

Water Filtration Plant:

The water supplied to the boiler is first filtered with the reverse Osmosis
Plant.

All data is collected from the Industry. (i.e workers and managers)
Some machines data is collected from the machines catalogues in
industry.

The prices of machines are collected from industry and machinery

traders.
