We all make use of the valuable ability, which we refer to as Leadership, to steer

us towards the path of success and prosperity. And while most of us recognize
the importance of utilizing such techniques appropriately to shape said desired
future, unfortunately there are still plenty of individuals that didn't understand
what "utilize this properly" meant and attempt to use their leadership skills with
the same efficiency as one would have from attempting to stop stupidity from
breeding in this world.
Leadership, in order to understand the main idea of the general concept, we
have to first understand the composition of it.
First that all, a leader is someone who guides or leads a group of people with an
objective in mind. The group is with, preferably, something in common, like the
same language or simply the same mind set. Therefore, a leader has a great
responsibility to bare. A leader must be at the helm of a group, ready to make
decisions and to troubleshoot his way around tricky problems, but don't
misinterpret this. There is a considerable difference between a boss and a leader.
The leader has to take his partners by the hand and show them the way towards
their destination. He makes decisions that other people choose to follow. He is
their guide; he takes them on their journey. He might be the one who leads, but he
is still not above or below anyone else. A Boss is someone who commands; who
expects his teammates to make his vision a reality without necessarily sharing
the workload equally or at all. He doesn't even particularly hold himself in the
same regard as those around him.
The first mistake of system organizations is thinking a leader can be imposed; the
hierarchy is a feeling of internal respect, and when this is not respected, the
system collapses. Furthermore, Leadership is amoral, so there is no such thing
as evil leadership, only evil rulers who utilize the concept of leadership for ill
measures. On the old Rome empire, the Centurion was a commander of one
hundred legionaries, chosen by their own company, respected and followed until
dead by him legionaries. However, the very last Roman emperor, Caesar, was
killed by his fellow senators for thinking him ruthless and reckless.
The main values and principles are summarized in introspection
There are many kinds of leadership, here some examples:
Autocratic leadership: Is an individual with absolute power in all this under his
command,
Bureaucratic leadership: Is one that no matter the degree of authority must
follow protocols, for example a laboratory
democratic leadership, is where everyone has an opinion
Leadership 'Laissez-faire', is where affairs are treated in a decentralized manner

Natural leadership, is one of the most important in that it comprises two types of
powers. de facto power and speculative power. in other words, means who has
the power and who has the title of power
These are the main kinds of leadership; the rest are sub kinds.
This class is going to help us with the principles of leadership
The introspection is a principle which can improve any human behavior, not only
the leadership skill. It means what we can improve own-self being a leader, the
feeling of superiority proclaiming the title of leader is the worst thing someone
can do, in our opinion the best way to be a leader is to do things well and help
others, and wait for them to choose you. Know your capacities, know your
limitations, trust in the work of others and react peacefully against the frustration.
Honesty, empathy, Efficiency, Entrepreneurship, commitment and trust are the
spheres of we have to keep in balance with our team
And all of this is something we have to learn in this class
