Team Building #1

Animal Description

Animal Description
Objective:

This activity can be used to help groups and organizations

evaluate their organization and determine their strengths and
weaknesses.

Procedure:

1.

Divide large groups into small groups of 4 7

persons.

2.

Ask each person to think of an animal that best

describes the organization.

3.

Each person then shares with their group the animal

they have chosen and give the reasons why their
organization is like that animal.

4.

Groups then work together to come to consensus on

one animal and someone describes it to the entire
group.

5.

If time permits, each person could describe the animal

they chose and give reasons why it describes their
