prepared me studying, and that has helped me so much, because I can contribute
to the improvement of the processes of the company, I really think that this is
something important to improve my quality of life, both personally and in terms of
working. I always liked the jobs related with personnel management, normally we
do exercises with weapons, and occasionally we do practice shooting. Every month
we have a meeting and discussed the work of the Group
SECOND TIME - WORK EXPERIENCE I currently work at a security company located
in the city of Ibague, I have twelve years of job experience as a employee, Manager
of operations performance, I have wide experience in issues related to the
surveillance and private security. I have leadership skills and dexterity to perform
the tasks, I am a responsible person, and often there are trainings in safety that I
attend. I have experience and ability to work in team, leadership, good
interpersonal relations, decision-making, tolerance to pressure, proactivity, as well
as expertise in the control and monitoring of production processes and evaluation of
competency.
THIRD TIME - IF YOU WOULD LIKE I CAN HELP THE COMPANY? I would like to help my
company by the improvement in administration. I think it's important to get better
the personnel management in order to the employees are comfortable and work
better. Also, this security company needs to get rises it is necessary it expand to
other cities and departments of this country. Whit my study I can learn anothers
things that can improve the company. For example, Finance, the company needs to
have all the counts in order to get more earnings. Creative help me to develop
