Yellow-card penalties apply to contractor and sub-contractors employees. Companies name will be identified
on the first column, together with employees ID. No. Employees who substantially violate safety rules, or
significantly express negative behavior against safety and/or security concepts will be invited to the
contractors site office for instructions, then sign off on the last column of this Yellow-card documentation.
Violation repeated by those employees will lead to Red-card penalties. Contractors officer will be responsible
of filling information in this table.
