supply, erection and tests of the coal handling system
shall has adequate design and technical knowledge and has
pertinent and practical experience in the coal handling
system for at least in the past ten (10) years.
He or the company he represents or his Subcontractors for

system for the following equipment :
Ship Unloader for coal or lignite, continuous type (screw
or bucket elevator), rail-mounted, rated capacity of not less
than 1,500 tons per hour, at least 1 units.

Stacker for coal or lignite , slewing and luffing type, railmounted, rated capacity of not less than 3,000 tons per
hour, at least 2 units.

Reclaimer for coal or lignite, portal scraper type, railmounted, rated capacity of not less than 1,500 tons per
hour, at least 2 units

Belt conveyor system for coal or lignite, conventional

type, rated capacity of not less than 3,000 tons per hour.
Belt conveyor system coal or lignite , pipe or tube belting
type, rated capacity of not less than 2,400 tons per hour,

Goods and services to be provided shall satisfy the following qualifications :

The coal handling system equipment shall be manufactured by firms having
experiences in manufacturing and supply of the type/model as offered or
larger with a minimum rated capacity, quantity and having been supplied for
the international markets (not for domestic or his own country) as per the
following :
Ship Unloader for coal or lignite, continuous type (screw or bucket elevator),
rail-mounted, rated capacity of not less than 1,500 tons per hour, at least 1
units.
Stacker for coal or lignite , slewing and luffing type, rail-mounted, rated
capacity of not less than 3,000 tons per hour, at least 2 units.
Reclaimer for coal or lignite, portal scraper type, rail-mounted, rated capacity
of not less than 1,500 tons per hour, at least 2 units
Belting, steel cord type, not less than 1,200 mm belt width with length at least
40,000 meter
Belting, pipe or tube type, pipe diameter not less than 500 mm. with length at
least 10,000 meter.
Main slew bearing for Unloader(1,500 tons per hour) and Stacker( 3,000 tons
per hour), at least 2 units for each machine.
Power transformer, 22kV, vibration resistant type, not less than 20 units.
Manufacturers in Thailand are acceptable.

22kV switchgears, gas insulated system (GIS) type, not less than 20 panels.

Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) for coal handling system, not less than
20 units.
SCADA softwares for coal handling system, not less than 2 sites reference.
Site references in EU countries and USA are acceptable.
