SectionB:Membershipduesof$5aretobepaideachsemester.$10fortheyear

SectionA:Aquorumwillbefivepaidmembers.
SectionB:Eachpaidmembermayvote.
ArticleV
SectionA:ThePsychologyClubshallhaveaPresident,VicePresident,ElectronicCommunicationsChair,
PrintCommunicationsChair,Treasurer,CommunityServiceChair,SocialChairandadvisor.
TheseofficerscomprisetheExecutiveCommitteeorBoard.
SectionB:AllofficersmustbepaidmembersofPsychologyClub.
SectionC:Thetermofofficeshallbeonefullschoolyear.
SectionD:Electionofofficersshallbeheldannually.
Atleasttwoweeksnoticeshallbegivenbeforetheelectionmeeting.Nominationsshallbe
initiatedfromthefloorandelectionsdonebyaballot.Thepersonsreceivingmajorityvotewill
beelected.
SectionE:AnyofficermayberemovedfrommembershipbyatwothirdsvoteoftheExecutiveBoard.
Anyofficerremovedmayappealtothegeneralmembership.Saidofficershallbeconsidered
reinstatedwithtwothirdsapprovalofthemembers.
SectionF:Anyvacancywhichmayoccurinanofficeshallbefilledbyappointmentbythepresident
pendingratificationatthenextgroupmeeting.

SectionA:ThePresident
1.Thepresidentshallbethechiefexecutiveofficer
2.Thepresidentshallappointallcommitteechairpersons
3.VacanciesinofficeswillbefilledbyappointmentofthePresidentwithapprovalofthe
generalmembership.
SectionB:TheVicePresident
1.Thevicepresidentshallassumethedutiesofthepresidentshouldtheofficebecomevacant,
orintheabsenceofthepresident.
2.Thevicepresidentwillkeepandhaveavailablecurrentcopiesoftheconstitutionand
bylaws.
3.Thevicepresidentwillberesponsibleforschedulingprograms.
SectionC:TheCommunicationsChair
1.Thecommunicationschairshallberesponsibleforkeepingtheminutesofallmeetingsand
themeetingsoftheexecutiveboard.
2.Thecommunicationschairwillprovideacopyoftheminutesforeachofficerandkeepa
masterfile.
3.Thecommunicationschairshallmaintainacompleteandaccurateaccountofattendance
andmembershipstatus.

SectionD:TheTreasurer
1.Thetreasurershallkeepacurrentrecordofallfinancialtransactions.
2.Thetreasurershalldevelopreportscontainingalistofallreceiptsanddisbursementsand
distributethemamongtheexecutiveboardeachsemester.
3.Thetreasurerwillberesponsibleforcheckingtheaccuracyofallbillsandinvoicesand
payingthemcorrectlyandontime.
SectionE:TheCommunityServiceChair
1.

TheCommunityServiceChairshallbeinchargeoffindingcommunityserviceeventsin
thecommunityandorganizecommitteestohelpgetinvolvedwiththeseevents
2. Thecommunityservicechairworkswiththetreasurertocalculatemonetaryneedsofthe
organization.
SectionF:TheAdvisor
1.Theadvisorshallassistthegroupintheirexecutionofrolesandresponsibilities.
2.Theadvisorshallprovidefeedbacktotheorganizationregardingitsoperationand
functioning.
3.Theadvisorshallserveasaresource.
4.Theadvisorshouldprovideadviceuponrequest,andalsoshouldshareknowledge,
expertise,andexperiencewiththegroup.
5.Theadvisorwillbeanonvotingmemberoftheorganization.

SectionA:CommitteeIdentificationandAppointment
Thefollowingcommittees(otherthanExecutiveBoard)shallbeappointedbythePresident
subjecttoratificationbytheorganizationduringaregularbusinessmeeting:
CommunityServiceCommittee,FundraisingCommittee,CommunicationsCommittee,SocialCommittee

SectionA:Theexecutiveboardshalldeterminethetimesforregularlyscheduledmeetings.
SectionB:Atleastoneweeknoticeshallbegivenforeachregularbusinessmeeting.
SectionC:SpecialoremergencymeetingsmaybecalledwithlessthanoneweeknoticebytheExecutive
Board.
SectionD:Themeetingsshallincludeanorderofbusinessanddispositionoftheminutes.
