EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
BIG-BRO EVENTS SERVICES is company which specializes in managing social and
corporate events. It offers coordination services ranging from event conceptualization,
consultation, sourcing and canvassing of suppliers, guest management and all other
details in making an idea come to life.
The array of services it offers are:
1. Social Events Coordination
2. Corporate Functions
3. Trade Fairs and Special Projects
Established in April 22, 2000, Big-Bros Event Services operates as one stop
eventresource center located at San Jose St., Dunao, Ligao City. To date, we have
handled hundreds of Weddings, Debuts, School events and Corporate events more
prominent of which are our clients from different professional organizations such as the
PICE (Phil. Institute of Civil Engineers) and the UAP (United Architects of the Phils)
which held its Annual Convention in the Province of Albay in the year 2012 and 2013
respectively .
Mr. Jonah Joseph Nathaniel Flores, an employee, a businessman and at the same time
a holder of Events Management NC-III has done various events management stints
from his previous work at Procter and Gamble, Phils as Marketing Officer. With
experiences accumulated form his previous work, Jonah is now a full time coordinator,
event host and holds the position as Managing Director of the company. He is the sole
owner and proprietor of the business.

& services for the stakeholders, associates, industry partners, support groups, sponsors

Ibalong Centrum for Recreation (ICR), the citys sports complex which can hold
5,000 patrons during basketball games can double its capacity if used as venue
for big meetings, conferences and conventions.

Joey S. Salceda, together with the City Government Unit of Legazpi City thru

CONCLUSION
BIG-BROS EVENTS SERVICES will organize the event for the 2 nd Annual
Congress of the Philippine Association of Travel and Tours Organization at the
Ibalong Centrum for Recreation located at Brgy. Bitano, Legazpi City. This will be
hosted by the PATTO, Bicol Chapter, Camarines Sur with the theme Its more in
the Philippines: Social and Commercial Impact of Travel and Tours Management
in the Promotion of Tourism Industry this is aimed to further enhance the
professional knowledge of every participating delegate in their different field of
specialization. This event will be participated by 1,500 delegates coming from
different regions of the country.
