for the identified poor recovering drug
dependents(rdd) who finished the 6-months inhouse treatment in drug rehabilitation centers.
Ten(10) rdds were given assistance thru philhealth
membership, cash for work, livelihood & study
grants. Iligan is one of the pilot cities of DSWDs
START Program.
