TASKS for KOA FORMATION
(Substitutes for 15 October 2016)
TASKS
REGISTRATION/ATTENDANCE (2 people)
-position at the Registration Table
-entertain inquiries
-assist participants who will sign their attendance
-distribute biodata forms (for first timers)
-remind participants to maintain prayerful silence
-direct them to the main entrance of the Church
PORTERS (2 people)
-position at the main Entrance
-instruct participants to make the Sign of the Cross
with holy water upon entering
- remind participants to maintain prayerful silence
-instruct participant to proceed to the front pews
via the center aisle
-open and close the door once everyone is in
MIDDLEMAN (1 person)
-position at the middle of the center aisle
-remind participants to maintain sacred silence
-instruct participants to proceed to the front pews
via the center aisle
LASTMAN (2 people)
-position at the central aislebeside the front pews
-facilitate the participants to proceed to their chair
-instruct participants to sit five (5) people per pew
-remind them to pray and maintain prayerful
silence

The given tasks are particularly important before the beginning of the formation.
Please be around by 2:30 pm.
Remain in position until after everyone have arrived and settled down.
Proceed to the pews once you have fulfilled your tasks and participate in the formation.
If needed, go around and remind misbehaving participants every now and then.
If unable to answer particular questions or manage particular concerns, refer them to Br Jake or Fr Sonny.
