PLANNING
ISO 9001:2015 requirements:
Systematically manage risk.
Set quality objectives for relevant functions,
levels and processes with the quality
management system.
Preserve the integrity of the quality
management system when changes take
place.
Set and measure quality objectives.

SUPPORT
ISO 9001:2015 requirements:
Control, monitor and measure equipment.
Capture, preserve and manage knowledge.
Identify competency deficiency.
Communicate requirements to all stakeholders
doing work under the organisations control the
implications of not conforming to the QMS e.g.
suppliers, outsourced services.
Control creation and updating of documentation
e.g. appropriately identified, described, format
and media.

OPERATION

Control inputs, outputs, resources and controls.
Review requirements related to products and services.
Measure outputs.
Design and development of products and services.
