Hi friend,
Your trouble might have come form a seeting in internet options of your OS, that
is Windows whatever.
Try to find out wheather you have this in the setting.
go to "start"> "Control panel" > "network and internet" > "Internet options" >
"content" > click on "certificates" tab , check for if any certificate list is there in
the displayed list. Next click the button " Advanced" and will be able to

manipulete the certificate purposes when required.

removing all enlisted under "certificates" list should offer you the chance to
rectify your problem.
Thank you.

dear friend,
There are some reasons behind this kind of error1. Windows firewall is blocking the website.
Solution- You need to turn off the firewall before browsing to that website.
Follow these steps to turn off the windows firewall.
o Log on to your computer as the administrator.
o Click on the Start button.
o Go to Control Panel.
o Click on System & Security.
o Select Windows firewall option.
o From the left pane, select "Turn ON or OFF windows firewall" option.

o Now turn OFF the windows firewall & click on OK to save changes.
Now check for the error.
2. Antivirus is blocking the website-either your computer has lot of virus
programs or the website has.
Scan your full system with a good quality antivirus & take action against the
damaged & infected files.
Use an good online antivirus to scan web pages before loading in your computer.
3. There is genuine certificate issue for that your browser is blocking a website.
Actually there is a certification authority which provides certificates to different
websites as per their trust, service & contains. There is a particular time for all
websites to renew the licence. If they don't, then webmaster withdraw their
certificates. You can manually resolve this problem. You've to follow these stepso Launch Internet Explorer.
o Click on the Tools option.
o Select Internet Options.
o Point to the Content tab.
o Click on the Certificates.
o Delete all Certificates by pressing ctrl+A.
o Restart your browser to see the changes.
Hope these will help you to solve the problem.

The error known as Certificate error: navigation blocked" is generally due
to the certification invalidity.
-One of the main reason is system time date mis-match because the
certificates allso match the
system date.
-so first check the system date if it is right and still you are having problem then
go to the browser settings and update the certificates.
hope this solution will help you .

- In the internet options you must see the option as security... click that ..
- There you have to select trusted sites button
- After selecting trusted sites button select the security level to medium low
- At last close and you are done .

Re: "Certificate error: navigation blocked" in https

It means that the date and time of your pc is incorrect
The https site presents a security certificate to your browser
your browser check the certificate with the date and time on your pc and that
presented in the certificate
If both of them do not match errors like these are given

The problem you are getting means that the date and time setting of your pc is
incorrect
1.The https sites presents a certificate to your browser
2.Your browser checks for the authencity of the certificate but since date and time
of your pc is incorrect the data does not match and navigation is blocked
3.To solve this problem is very simple just correct the date and time and then you
shall be able to browse https sites any any browser installed in your pc
