Having read Nietzsches work, I have realized many things not just

about Christianity but also about how the minds of the majority work. First,
we force ourselves to believe the things that are imbued to us as a child.
Being older we continue to believe them but we set limitations on what to
show others because we fear of being inferred wrongly. We compare what
others believe in with our own beliefs but as we discover that we have
different point-of-views, we in return do not express our thoughts. Second,
Nietzsche illustrates that because we were taught that god is the most
superior to all beings, we do things in accordance to what he wants us to do,
which are all stated in the bible. But the bible is created by us humans thus it
is not entirely a reliable and dependable basis for our actions and beliefs. We
do not follow our own choices and decide for ourselves because we fear of
being ridiculed by society. But the death of god sets us free from being
restrained on expressing our notions in exchange of this life has no meaning.
It will become purely about personal judgments and people simply
interpreting. Third, god is said to be the definition of love and does things for
us without asking anything in return solely because he loves us. I think it is
somehow false because no one does things without thinking about his/her
own benefit from its outcome. As I have seen in the real world, man is
naturally an egoistic person. One does not serve others without expecting for
something in return. A situation that proves this claim is when a person
confesses his/her love for the person he/she admires; one says it is okay for
his feelings not to be reciprocated but the truth behind his confession is for
that person to return what he feels.
Nietzsche illustrated that ethical individuals do not decide for
themselves but depend on the objective value/s which is gods existence and
power. People are not aware that their decisions really come from
themselves. They are the ones responsible for the values and/or decisions
they have come upon. In reality since people are afraid of being judged by
others, they simply agree with others assessments. I, myself, have simply
agreed and followed the crowd in order for me not to be ridiculed by others.
Nietzsche also illustrated that Christianity has done more harm than good.
Christianity is perceived to be a religion that molds peoples beliefs and
perspectives when in reality it is somehow making people dependent on god
when facing problems. Christianity is making people dependent on god by
means of teaching them to pray whenever in times of trouble or problems.
People see it as they conquered their problems because of gods assistance
yet they are the ones deciding for their own fate.

Nietzsche discussed about the newfound freedom and the will to power
which are related to each other. Newfound freedom is where people
