In small groups students are to complete various stations
Each station lasts for 1 minute
There will be 30 seconds between stations for students to move
o Station 1 Jogging
Students Jog around the outside of the basketball court
o Station 2 Boxing 1
Students to partner up and box for 1 minute
o Station 3 - Skipping
Students to complete 1 minute of skipping
o Station 4 Boxing 2
Students to partner up and box for 1 minute
Switch boxer and pad holder
o Station 5 - Burpees
Students to complete 1 minute of burpees
