Hello and welcome to Footy Time with myself Harry Johnstone
and my co-host Louis Hollow
LOUIS
Thank you Harry; its great to be here. Today were going to be
recapping our local sides, Reading Fc, Wycombe Wanderers Fc
and Henley Fc results and how theyve been getting on this
season
HARRY
Well also be having an exclusive interview from our
correspondent Bradley Connor with Henley College prodigy AJ
LOUIS
Thats right Harry, not only that but well have our Footy
Time analysist Morgan Pye, who will give us our Premier League
round up with analysis of a game.
HARRY
And finally well be ending with a quiz from Dom Aitken.
Testing the knowledge of two lucky fans on their favourite
teams.
LOUIS
Here on Footie Time we like to chat about our 3 home teams,
starting with our leading, most successful side Reading Fc
over at the Madejaski stadium. They have been hoping for
better seasons and form after being relegated back in 2013 to
the championship. Last year their league position was 17th.
HARRY
Wycombe Wanderers as well have been after a good season down
in Npower League 2 having finished around middle table
LOUIS
Last and sort of the least, is our home team Henley Fc who are
still in the Hellenic League Premier Division, sadly having a
very slow start to the season losing 11 of the first 17 games.
But all 3 of their wins have all been at home, so top all

those die hard Henley supports listening in, keep the

atmosphere up at the home ground

football team
Henley college offer a football development program which
allows students to develop their skills and fitness, which
will enable them to reach their potential in the sport.
Ajeesh here participates in this program and plays competitive
football for the team hi aj

Hi Bradley thanks for letting on the show
So why did you to choose to develop your football at Henley
college?
Well I have always liked playing football and have been told I
am quite talented in the sport so decided to continue it in
college I take sports btec because I got a high grade at gcse.
I play sport all the time and so its like me taking a hobby
serious now.
Would you recommend it to other people?
Yeah definitely its a good way to adjust to the professional
level I enjoy it anyway and its constantly keeping me fit.

Welcome to a one off special, where I ask football fans a
verity of questions to test their knowledge, to see if they
really are super fans. I will be asking questions about
Manchester United and Chelsea, our participants tonight are
Julian and Mir.
Ok so lets start with an easy one, just to get your guys
warmed up, this question is about the members in the team.
now there many different members in the team with different
roles, but my question is what is Zlatan Ibrahimovis role in
the team?
JULIAN
The answer is forward.
DOM
That is correct, but dont get to cocky, like I said that was
an easy one. So the second question is going to be on managers
so it should be a bit harder.
as of 27 May 2016 a new manager signed a three-year contract
with Manchester United, what is the name of this new manager?
JULIAN
I think it is Jos Mourinho.
DOM
Correct again, Im starting to think that you really are a
super fan. Ok so lets make the next question a bit harder for
you, your next question is going to be on players, so as a fan
of Manchester united, my question is from what years did
Christiano Ronaldo play in Manchester United
JULIAN
Ah I know this one, I think he played for them for six years
so I think he started in 2004 so Im going to say 2004- 2010.
DOM
Im so sorry but that is incorrect, you were close, he played
for them from 2003- 2009, so you were right about the length
of time he played for them, just not the actual dates.

DOM
Ok well you have shown that you know your stuff about the team
so Im sure you will get the next question right, so tell me,
how much do you know about Manchester united stadium?
JULIAN
Not that much.
DOM
Well Im sure you get this right, Im looking for the name of
the stadium.
JULIAN
Oh, the stadiums name is Old Trafford.
DOM

an easy question for such a big fan for the team.
JULIAN

See this one is difficult, its either 2004 or 2005.

DOM
Im going to need an answer Julian; which year are you doing

JULIAN
Im going to have to choose the year 2004.
DOM

So now moving to the Chelsea portion of the show, Mir, nice to
have you here, ready for you first question?
MIR
Yes, Im ready, Im sure I will get them all right.

DOM
Ok so lets begin, who is the current manager of Chelsea?
MIR
That would be Antonio Conte, whos been the manager since
2014.
DOM
Wow you really know your stuff, ok well this next question is
harder than the last, how long has Drogba played for Chelsea?
MIR
I think hes been playing for Chelsea for roughly a year now.
DOM
That is correct, but dont you worry, I still got a couple
more questions that you might find difficult. Lets see if you
know the answer to this question, what is the name of the
Chelsea stadium?
MIR
Their stadium is called Stamford Bridge.
DOM
Wow you have got all the questions right so far but Im sure
the next question will trip you up.
when did John Terry join Chelsea?
MIR
I think he joined in 1997 but I cant know.
DOM
So close, he joined in 1998 not in 1997. Ok well lets see if

MIR
I know this one, they were founded in 1905
