DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF AIR

COOLING MACHINE
ABSTRACT:

Air cooling machine will produce cool air with low temperature. Our
system we are using here three fan with cooling pad. Each fan will rotate clockwise and
then will produce cooled air in specific place. Now a days so many air cooling machine
was there. All machines them producing cooled air with high cost. Using our system will
give more air with low cost (including three fan).Cooling system having cooling pad with
recycle water specialties. But so many other machines dont have that recycle water
specialties. Once water flow upside they can give water to the cooling pad. Using fan we
can produce the air to the cooloing pad. Air cooling is a method of dissipating heat. It
works by making the object to be cooled have a larger surface area or have an increased
flow of air over its surface, or both. An example of the former is to add fins to the surface
of the object, either by making them integral or by attaching them tightly to the object's
surface (to ensure efficient heat transfer). In the case of the latter it is done by using a fan
blowing air into or onto the object one wants to cool. In many cases the addition of fins
adds to the total surface area making a heatsink that makes for greater efficiency in
cooling.

ADVANTAGES:
1. Keep the require temperature in specific areas.
2. This allows water to transmit heat over greater distances with much less
volumetric flow and reduced temperature difference.
3. Its tremendously increased ability to transport heat away from source to a
secondary cooling surface allows for large, more optimally designed radiators
rather than small, inefficient fins mounted directly on the heat source.

DISADVANTAGES:
1. If we want to make big size machines it costs significantly more than an air
cooled engine system.
2. This machine will give very small amount of cooled air.

APPLICATION:
1. Industrial areas.
2. Commercial places.
3. Hospitals.
4. Office and ICU.
