Sirikul Jongsiri or Kru Ja is a

When Kru Ja was young she liked
to dance. Then she decided to take the
ballet class. The more she danced the
more she knew that she really liked
dancing. She started Ballet 20 years ago
and she has been doing only Ballet until

that she loves teaching and this is what
she wants to do in the future. She was
collecting her experiences until she was
sure that she could make her own dance
studio. She opened her studio on
September 25, 2014. At that time there
were 50-60 students. Every month there
are more students who come up and
take the class. Until now there are more
than 200 students dancing here. After
many years of being a teacher, her
experience has taught her what a good

Making Nama Chocolate for Valentines day

Instructions

1. Chop the chocolate into smaller pieces using a knife so that they will melt faster and more evenly

2. Line an 8" x 8" (20 x 20 cm) baking dish with parchment paper. Choosing the right size tray is important as
the height of chocolate is decided depending on how much you pour.

3. Add the heavy whipping cream into a small saucepan and bring it to ALMOST boil over medium heat. Keep
an eye on the cream; when you see bubbles around the saucepan, remove from the heat.

4. Add the chocolate and stir till the chocolate and cream are completely combined. Add liqueur of your choice
(optional).

5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Smooth the surface (which I forgot) and refrigerate until firm,
about 4-5 hours.

6. Remove the chocolate from the baking dish and cut it into cubes using a warm knife. Make sure to warm the
knife after each cutting to prevent splintering. You can use hot running water but wipe it o completely before
each cut.

7. Sprinkle the cocoa powder and serve it chilled. You can keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days but enjoy soon.

The avalanche killed six skiers in the

Italian Alps

On March 12, 2016, a group of people (5 Italian and
1 Austrian). died in an avalanche while skiing in the Italian
Alps.

Around 11.15 A.M. the snow and ice began crashing
down Monte Nevoso. There were a dozen people at more than
3,000 meters height trying to reach the hilltop of the mountain,
but eventually the Avalanche happened. Because the weather
around that area was very windy and the region was very steep
and dangerous, it was easy for people who climb up to die or be
injured. The Avalanche, wiped out and buried many people. Six
of the people who were in the group of backcountry skiers that
climbed above the tree line to the mountain crest and then ski
down died under several meters of snow. Some people in the
group dug themselves out of the snow and survived, one skier
was wounded and 8 people were rescued. The people who were
dead came to the Alps just two days after a Scottish ski
instructor died in an accident in the French Alps.
From the report of ANSA, the local report, there were
three helicopters, trained dogs, and more than 70 Alpine
rescuers and firefighters who came and took both the survivors
and dead bodies down from the Alps. Hans Berger, a local
politician familiar with the area said that "if an avalanche
(occurs) up there, whoever is beneath it doesn't have an way to
escape, and can be covered by several meters of snow." Every
rescuer was trying very hard to save every skier. There were
several different groups in the same area and rescuers were
trying to find out if all skiers had been helped. The helicopter
was landing in Valle Aurina in the Italian Alps to attempt to
reach Monto Nevoso where there were many skiers stuck up
there.
