THE HEARING AT THE OLD SUPREME COURT CHAMBERS
COMES NOW the Complainant, Mr. Peter Coulter to ask the Court to
consider moving the instant Campaign Finance Hearing to the Old
Supreme Court Chambers located in the State Capital. As good and
sufficient cause the Complainant states as follows:

Forthwith

Motion

contemporaneously with the Complaint and the Forthwith Motion

to Compel because of short time constraints in scheduling a
hearing for the instant Complaint.

The Administrative Court are small and I believe that

there will be in excess of 100 persons attending the hearing

and quite possibly many more than that.

to

inquire about using the Old Supreme Court Chambers in the State
Capital.

Attached please find the forms and contact information to

reserve the room. The only date not available in the next two
weeks is November 1, 2016.

WHEREFORE, the Complainant Peter Coulter requests the Court
consider moving the venue for the Campaign Finance Hearing to
the Old Supreme Court at the State Capital.
