Action Points
When reviewing the Single Site Verification Report,
the engineers should pay attention to the KPIs and
functions of each site.
1.Check whether the antenna installation
parameters in the Single Site Verification Report
are consistent with those from the network
planning data.
2.For all sites included in the Single Site
Verification Report, check whether each sector of
the site can correctly launch the services, for
example, voice and data services, high-speed
data service and also check whether call quality,
cell coverage, and handover with adjacent cells
are normal.

After the NOEs finish reviewing of the single site verification report of the related products, they should submit the report to
the NOM and the customer for reexamination.

The NOEs should hand over the engineering details

together with the operator's NOM and the subcontractor.
The NOEs, the customer, and the subcontractor should
discuss the main RNO plan and define the RNO interface,
RNO work flow, RNO acceptance criteria, and coordination
requirements of the customer.
The NOEs should negotiate with the customer to fix the DT
area, site, parameters, calling mode and the CQT test
spots.
The NOEs should fix the RNO test plan, and provide the
following information to the subcontractor: site information,
main RNO plan, RNO document templates, and technical
guidelines.
The subcontractor should fix the RNO test plan, test routes
and accept the engineering details.

Output - Meeting minutes

After the handover, the NOEs should produce the meeting minutes. The minutes should be signed by all the three parties.
