Dear Mrs. Buschmann,
I am currently a second year student studying Physics and Electrical and Computer Engineering. I have a strong
interest in tutoring SAT math to Jacobs Foundation year students. With six months of experience working with High
School level students as a math tutor, I am fairly confident in becoming the foundation year Mathematics Teaching
Assistant.
After working with high school students at Siddhartha Boarding School, Kathmandu , and myself preparing for SAT,
I have truly understand what students require to learn mathematics concepts that they might initially struggle. My
ability to work with students, teachers and parents for finding out the weakest points of students, and inspiring them
to strengthening it has been commended many times. As a student of Physics and Engineering at Jacobs University, I
have a love for Mathematics especially at Statistics, Calculus, and Algebra. I have much patience, great
communication skills from one year at Jacobs University, and know how to work with students of all ages.
I would appreciate if you consider my resume, and the opportunity to speak with you.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Kiran Adhikari
