NADCAP - National Aerospace and Defense Contractors
Accreditation Program
NADCAP Program is part of PRI (Performance Review
Institute).
PRI was created in 1990 by SAE
Through the Performance Review Institute, Nadcap provides
independent certification of manufacturing processes for the
industry.

1. Obtain the Copy of Audit Criteria
2. Conduct GAP Analysis
3. Train the People
4. Review and update the processes and procedures
5. Conduct training on revised processes and procedures
6. Conduct Internal Audit (Twice) (Complete Audit Criteria)
7. Take proper RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action)
8. Update processes and procedures as per RCCA
9. Train people on updated processes and procedures
10. Verify the effectiveness of the RCCA
