accredited agent Company because Ministry of External Affairs has contracted out all the
managerial work of collecting, scrutinizing and delivering of the certificates to the private
companies. First of all any original Indian Certificate, requiring Ministry of External AffairsMEA Apostille Certificate attestation, must first be pre-authenticated by the designated
