B. Chief Complaint
The patient came in due to fever.
`C. History of the Present Illness
The patient is a 14 year old male who came in due to fever. Three days
prior to consultation, patient had intermittent fever which is relieved by
Paracetamol. There was ___ associated back pain, oral ___, LBM and vomiting.
There were no signs of bleeding, abdominal pain, cough or colds. Few hours
prior to admission, they sought consult and CBC revealed a low platelet
count. They were referred to this institution hence consult.
