Engineer "Ali: Mirza: is a strange person.

He imagines himself as a supreme


judge of all "Ulma:' claiming that they have either commited errors or kufr.
This person
claims that he has right to dispute from them. But what if some one claim
that he has right to dispute from him. Appearently this person accepts that
any one has such a right. But if his lectures are studied , on many issues he
rejects such rights on several issues.
If some one denies Engineer's views about Saiyiduna: Mu"a:viah , Saiyiduna:
"Am-r Bin 'Al"A:s:, etc. "Ali: mIRZA OF JHELUM does not grant any one any
right to dispute from him on such issue.
What does this shew.
His appearent love of the freedom and research is bounded by his extreme
Rafid:iah. His Rafid:iah has gone to such an extreme that he began to declare
any one who support Saiyiduna: Mu"a:viah RD: or consider him as a Kitib of
Vah:y , "Ali Mirza considers it is Nas:ibiah, and he even makes fun of tradition
by calling the clause of Holy Tradition as Tota. It is a common excercise of this
apostate Engineer to speak some sentences in Panjabi language in his urdu
lectures when he wants to make fun or if he is in funny mood.
Similarly his dislikeness of Holy "Arabic language is also evident from some
of his lectures.
He assumes that he has a right to dispute from every one. So far so good. But
evilness begins when he presumes that no one has the right to dispute from
him. As a proof we present his criticism and dislikeness toward Zubair "Ali
Zai when Zubair "Ali: Zai used the clause of a H:adi:th: to prove that 'Ima:m
Mu"a:viah RD: AND AS was a Katib of Vah:y.
"Ali: Mirza: did not give the benifit of doubt to Zubair "Ali: Zai that Zuabair
may be correct and "Ali" Mirza may be wrong.
We provide an other proof.
Engineer "Ali MIrza when disputed from 'Ima:m Ibn Taimiah, he delared the
Noble Ima:m as commiter of Kufr.
Engineer did not consider for a moment that he him self may be wrong in
declaring the belief of beginingless series of temporals as kufr.
Similarly he does not accept that that ALL MUSHRIKS ARE KAFIR. Axxording to
him SOME MUSHRIK ARE MUSLIM. ASTAGHFARULLAH.
But not even for a single moment he gives right to his opponet to declare any
one who agree with thie view of Engineer "Ali: Mirza as Kafir and Mushrik.

What does this shew?


This does prove with certainty that "Ali: Mirza: believes that no one has right
to dispute from him. If he was so proof firiendly and right friendly he must
have accepted right of other to dispute from him as well. Several examples
are provided above. They do constitute the proofs.
His Rafid:iah is so great that he does not accept the right of Any one to
defend a number of S:ah:bah RD;.
He even do not accept any right to any great scholar whether he be
MAULANA 'IRSHA:D AL HAQQ ATHARI OR TAUS:IF AR RAH:MA:N OR ELSE.
Any one who disputes from him is an ultimate evil.
"Ali: Mirza: considers himself an ultimate judge on all sectarian disputes and
upon all "Ulma:'. He is a chief Justice of his Imaginative Court of Religion.
He does not consider any one to posses any right when some one disputes
from him.

He even makes himself a Judge over Saiyiduna: "Umar and Saiyiduna:


"Uth:ma:n when he declares some of there acts as incorrect.
He is freest of all Judges more free then an arbetrary and random descission
maker.
There are several examples but in this article we provide one last example
before we end the entire analyzation.
Engineer "Ali: Mirza: says [in some of his apostate lectures]:=
"The Martyrdom of Saiyiduna: "Uth:ma:n became a depemption
[Kaffa:rah/Caffa:rah] for His errors and mistakes." 'Astaghfarullah and
Na"u:dh"ubillah.
But he does not think that such a Apostate and Heretic claim is nothing but
Ra:fid:iah.
But if some one says similar sentences for Saiyiduna: "Ali: RD: or Saityiduna:
H:usain RD: "Ali: Mirza is sure to declare such a person as Na:s:ibi or
Kh:a:rji: :=
"The Martyrdom of Saiyiduna: "Ali: became a depemption
[Kaffa:rah/Caffa:rah] for His errors and mistakes." 'Astaghfarullah and
Na"u:dh"ubillah. Or

"The Martyrdom of Saiyiduna: H:usain RD: became a depemption


[Kaffa:rah/Caffa:rah] for His errors and mistakes." 'Astaghfarullah and
Na"u:dh"ubillah. Or
Both ['Astaghfarullah].
Engineer Must Know that:=

If to say sentences like "The Martyrdom of Saiyiduna: "Ali: became a


depemption [Kaffa:rah/Caffa:rah] for His errors and
mistakes."[ 'Astaghfarullah and Na"u:dh"ubillah]; Or
"The Martyrdom of Saiyiduna: H:usain RD: became a depemption
[Kaffa:rah/Caffa:rah] for His errors and mistakes"[ 'Astaghfarullah and
Na"u:dh"ubillah] is Nas:ibiah or Kh:a:rijiah THEN
TO SAY A SENTENCE LIKE :=
"The Martyrdom of Saiyiduna: "Uth:ma:n became a depemption
[Kaffa:rah/Caffa:rah] for His errors and mistakes." 'Astaghfarullah
and Na"u:dh"ubillah" is CERTAINLY RA:FID:IAH.
IT MUST BE ALSO NOTED that Engineer "Ali: Mirza does allow himself to say
such heretic and apostate sentences about Saiyiduna: "Uth:ma:n RD: and
believes that he does have this right not only to dispute from any one who
disagree from such apostate sentences, but does not allow any one to say
similar sentences about Saiyiduna: "Ali: RD: or Saiyiduna: Hu:usain RD: and
declare them as heretic .
This is the autocratic nature of Engineer "Ali: Mirza: .
AS FOR AS PURE 'AHLUSSUNAH ARE CONCERN WE SAY TO SAY SUCH
SENTENCES ABOUT SAIYIDUNA: "UTH:MA:N OR SAIYIDUNA: "ALI: OR
SAIYIDUNA: H:USAIN RD: OR SAIYIDUNA: TALH:A: OR SAIYIDUNA: ZUBAIR RD:
IS A GREAT HERESY [ 'AL BID"ATUL KUBRA: AND AL BID"ATUL QA"DIH"AH:] .
Mirza: of Jhelum considers himself as an ultimate judge on several religious
issues where as he is a heretic and apostate.

More dangerous then him in two respects.
1] He misguises himself as acting on traditions.
2] He purports that his explanations are the only and only explanations of
H:adi:th:.
Actually this engineer of Jhelum tries to prove that what so ever he says is
the direct explanations of tragitions and they are not interpretations.
Engineer has Rngineered an scheme to mix truth and falsehood in some
proportopn in his lextures.
