Administrative Module
The administration module helps in facilitating the administrative work of
institution. Any administrative work requires mountains of paper work and
takes a lot of time to maintain all records.
This module reduces the job of entering the master files every time and saves
a lot of time. This also helps in maintaining accuracy and error free details.
The most eminent functionality of administration module is Assigning Access
Rights to all the users of the system. This includes students, faculty, staff,
management and parents.

Library Management Module


This Module comprises of sub modules to maintain the data of books based on authors, titles,
publishers, subject, versions etc.
The library module provides students and faculty with search options with the help of Book ID
number, title, author, subject or any other relevant keyword.
It manages the library inventories and their information. The payment of fines, book lost
payments etc are integrated with the payment module.
The library management module keeps the important details of book issue, book return along
with the students particulars to maintain accurate reports.

Admission Management Module


Admission Management Module deals with the most important feature of any
institution, admissions. The entire process is very lengthy and requires a lot of
paper work and resources. This module facilitates the admission department
by managing all the required data at the finger tips. This includes applicants
details, procedure details etc.
The admission of the applicant is done by filling unique form. Authorized users
can create templates of such forms which vary from one batch to the other.
The form can be for admission, hostel admission, and canteen registration.

This Module Manages the Academic Calender for the
University.
This is done by allowing the System Administrator or a
designated Staff to Open a New Session and Specify the
Month/Year of opening, the Semester of Opening and the
expected Month/Year of Closing a Session.

provided to communicate within the faculty members.

Examination Management Module


Examination timetable can be setup using this module. This requires that all students
registered for a course will be taken into consideration when fixing the exam timetable.
Students scores in assessments and examination can be captured by the faculty. This
module automatically computes students performance based on score entered.

Time Table Management Module


Time table Management module checks the class duration, faculty availability, students
timing and facilities present. To prepare time table module one needs to update the basic
information in the system and time table gets set. It varies depending upon the basic info
uploaded.
It can be modified and edited by just changing the detail of basic information.

There are various facilities provided by colleges and all other educational institutions. To have
